Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for taking calls with customers and understanding their queries and concerns. Ensuring customer queries and concerns are resolved on time Need to maintain less than 8% shrinkage on MTD (Month till date) Need to be flexible in case of volume increases to support the callings. Exp: 1 yrs Languages to be known : Hindi is Mandatory + 2 Regional Languages Industry: Any industry . Pref should have customer support. Education : Degree Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM Working Days: 6 days in a week (Mon – Sat)
