Unauthorized Use & Data Privacy Violations
* Scraping, copying, or harvesting personal information from the platform.
* Sharing, selling, or misusing job seeker or employer data without consent.
* Creating multiple fake accounts to manipulate platform metrics.

Posting Inappropriate or Illegal Job Listings
* Jobs related to illegal activities, human trafficking, or exploitation.
* Positions requiring explicit content, escort services, or adult industry work.
* Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick schemes.
* Jobs that involve unpaid work disguised as internships or volunteer positions.

Platform Abuse & Security Violations
* Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's security or functionality.
* Uploading or transmitting malicious software, viruses, or harmful scripts.
* Engaging in spamming, unsolicited messages, or excessive job posting.

Violations of Local Laws & Regulations
* Any activity that violates labor laws, employment regulations, or contractual agreements.
* Encouraging illegal work or employment without proper documentation.

In no event shall JobsNexGen’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) for accessing or using the services in the past six months, or whichever is lower.
