Now Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor (Mall) Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Company: Navshek Consultancy Services Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Placement norms applicable Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff and manage daily cleaning operations Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards across all mall premises Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely issue resolution Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline and attendance Maintain stock and ensure timely procurement of cleaning supplies Coordinate with external facility vendors and service providers Train and mentor housekeeping team members on cleaning protocols Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports for management review Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations Address tenant or customer complaints related to housekeeping Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping (preferably in malls, hotels, or large facilities) Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and materials
