Job Summary: We’re hiring a detail-obsessed team member to manage fabric samples, showroom stock, and roll movement. This is a hands-on, physical role with client-facing and inventory duties. Key Responsibilities: Maintain swatches, hangers, and showroom racks by GSM, weave, and colour Catalogue all stock in Excel or Google Sheets with barcode/QR labels Prepare and dispatch sample parcels within 24 hours Book couriers and update tracking logs Perform daily stock check: physical vs. digital Assist with client walk-ins: locate fabric, cut samples, log activity Coordinate loading/unloading with workers during truck arrivals File weekly stock-loss and inventory accuracy report to owner Skills Required: Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets) Attention to detail and colour/shade differences Fluent in Hindi (spoken), basic workable English Prior experience in sampling or textile stores is a plus
