Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Proficient in typing with high accuracy and speed. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is an advantage.
