Position: Manpower Supervisor Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Location: Multiple sites across Gurgaon Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage manpower deployment at different client locations Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and workforce allocation Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules Handle queries and grievances of staff effectively Coordinate with HR/management for recruitment and resource planning Monitor discipline, performance, and overall productivity of the workforce Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Prior experience in manpower handling, security, or facility management will be an advantage Strong leadership and communication skills Age: 21–45 years
