We are hiring now Job Title: Data Centre Multi Skilled Technician Location: Trivandrum Department: Data Centre Operations_ Reports to: Data Centre Manager / Operations Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Centre Multi Skilled Technician to join our infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity and efficiency of our data centre environment. This includes performing hardware installations, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and decommission servers, network devices, and other data centre hardware. Perform routine data centre maintenance, including power and cabling management. Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts, ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and repair server, storage, and network hardware issues. Maintain accurate records of all assets and infrastructure changes. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement, delivery, and support. Ensure data centre cleanliness, security, and compliance with company and industry standards. Adhere to health and safety procedures, including ESD and physical security protocols. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies after hours as needed.
